Roshana Noble Park Aged Care is an 80-bed, fully refurbished facility offering a welcoming and modern environment where residents receive high-quality care delivered with genuine compassion every day. We recognise our staff as the heart of our service and foster a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace where everyone is valued, empowered to grow, and inspired to make a meaningful difference.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Facility Manager to lead the commissioning of our newly refurbished 80-bed aged care facility in Noble Park, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team aligned with Roshana’s values.  

- Oversee operational, financial, and clinical performance.  

- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.  

- Drive continuous quality improvement, safety, and workforce development.  

- Engage residents, families, and staff to foster a positive care environment.  

About You

- Current AHPRA RN registration

- Proven experience in aged care facility management.  

- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.  

- Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation.
