About the Facility
Roshana Noble Park Aged Care is a 70-bed, fully refurbished facility in Melbourne offering a welcoming and modern environment where residents receive high-quality care delivered with genuine compassion every day. We are looking for Registered Nurse to join our aged care team at Roshana Lerwin Aged Care, in a Part‑time capacity.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a key clinical leader within our aged care team, responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to our residents. You will combine clinical expertise with compassion, supporting residents’ health, dignity, and quality of life while guiding and supporting care staff in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide comprehensive clinical care in line with best practice and aged care standards
- Conduct assessments, develop, and review care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications, treatments, and complex care interventions safely and accurately
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to changes in residents’ health conditions
- Lead, support, and mentor care staff to ensure high standards of resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care
What You Will Bring
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (highly regarded)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate, calm, and professional approach to care
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
- A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
