About the Role: 

We are currently seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our friendly team at Bellevue Roshana Care. Your warm, understanding and professional nature will be instrumental in supporting the individual journey and smooth transition into Aged Care.
  
Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Responding to admissions enquiries, providing an outstanding customer experience
• Scheduling tours with prospective residents and family members
• Providing information on individualised care services
• Providing financial billing, Services Australia information and Resident Agreement overviews
• Building relationships with referral agencies; promoting Roshana Care Group

  What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Aged Care or Admissions Management
• A warm and understanding person with a passion for making a difference
• Knowledge of Aged Care services and funding
• Excellent communication skills and telephone demeaner
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand/explain funding
