About the role

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Educator, this role will be responsible for identifying training needs across the organisation and scheduling required training to meet service delivery expectations. This new role is available either Full-Time or Part-Time Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday depending on the applicant. 

 

Key responsibilities

Assisting the Clinical Nurse Educator with:

  • Tracking Compliance of employee training
  • Sourcing new hires for traineeships
  • Claiming traineeship benefits from the government
  • Comparing statistics and creating reports
  • Liaising with the Aged Care Leadership Team
  • Reviewing Education, ensuring that all programs are up to date
  • Corporate Orientations
  • Liaising with external providers to ensure all necessary training is organised 
  • Setting up student placements

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Advanced administration skills with the ability to develop professional relationships
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and capable of adapting to a dynamic work environment
  • Experience in the use of Student Management Systems
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Professional presentation and work standards
  • Knowledge of the human services sector would be advantageous
