About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Client Engagement Coordinator (Admissions Officer ) to join our friendly team at Roshana Care Group . Your warm, understanding, and professional nature will be instrumental in supporting the individual journey and smooth transition into Aged Care. This role is based at our Head Office in Burswood, offering additional opportunities to travel to our metro Perth homes to provide expertise and guidance.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to admissions enquiries, providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Scheduling tours with prospective residents and family members
  • Providing information on individualised care services
  • Providing financial billing, Services Australia information and Resident Agreement overviews
  • Building relationships with referral agencies including social workers and promote Roshana Care Group

 

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in Aged Care or Admissions Management (desirable)
  • A warm and understanding person with a passion for making a difference
  • Knowledge of Aged Care services
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone demeaner
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand/explain funding
