Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager – Aged Care (NSW) to lead our dedicated teams and oversee operations across allocated facilities in New South Wales. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic leader with robust clinical and operational management expertise to uphold the highest standards of care and performance.

 

In this role, you will drive the expansion of our Aged Care division, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and relevant legislation. Frequent site visits across Regional NSW and strong collaboration with the national leadership team are essential to deliver outstanding operational and financial outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support Facility Managers and their teams to maintain high-quality clinical, financial and operational outcomes.
  • Oversee and strengthen clinical governance systems, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Achieve and monitor KPIs related to quality, service performance, and financial results.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
  • Conduct regular site visits focusing on compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Serve as a professional role model, demonstrating leadership, integrity, and operational excellence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through effective clinical governance.
  • Facilitate management meetings to promote teamwork, communication, and best practices.
  • Represent Roshana Care Group at sector meetings, industry forums, and community events.

 

Skills, Attributes, and Experience

Essential

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Extensive experience managing multiple Aged Care facilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation, and clinical governance.
  • Strong record of achieving operational, clinical, and financial goals.
  • Outstanding leadership with a proven ability to mentor teams and drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Genuine commitment to person-centred care and service quality.

 

Desirable

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Formal qualification or substantial knowledge in healthcare financial management.
