About the Role

We seek an experienced Facility Manager to lead the operations of our Murray Bridge aged care facility. This key leadership role ensures high-quality, person-centred care through effective management of people, budgets, compliance, and quality systems.  

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team aligned with Roshana’s values.  

- Oversee operational, financial, and clinical performance.  

- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.  

- Drive continuous quality improvement, safety, and workforce development.  

- Engage residents, families, and staff to foster a positive care environment.  

About You

- Current AHPRA RN registration

- Proven experience in aged care facility management.  

- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.  

- Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation.
