About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Casual HR Bus Driver to support our aged care facility in Blayney, NSW. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, values community connection, and can provide safe, comfortable transport for our residents.

  • Casual position with flexible shifts

  • Transport residents to appointments, social outings and community activities

  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of all passengers

  • Maintain the vehicle to a high standard

  • Provide friendly, respectful support to residents and staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Current HR Driver’s License

  • A caring, patient, and professional attitude

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to assist residents with mobility when required

  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

  • NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
