Full Time Fixed Term Basis
- Competitive pay rate: $39.42/hr plus superannuation
- Two Full time roles available with flexible shifts scheduled between 7am and 5pm
- First role is a 6-month maternity leave contract starting June 2026, based from either our South East or North West office.
- Second role is 6‑month contract with immediate start, based at our North Western office.

Your new role
As a Rostering & Allocations Officer, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service delivery. You’ll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes - ensuring our clients receive the care they need, when they need it.
We’re currently offering two full‑time, 6‑month fixed‑term opportunities within our Support Services team. These contracts support different organisational needs - including a maternity leave coverage from the 29th of June 2026 to the 5th of January 2027 with flexibility to work from either our South East or North West office, as well as a fixed‑term contract available for immediate start, based at our North West office.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate services with case managers via email and phone.
- Confirm bookings in GoldCare and assist with billing prep.
- Contact clients to confirm service arrangements.
- Allocate ad-hoc shifts to maintain continuity of care.
- Liaise with third-party labour providers for service allocation.
- Manage SMS Global notifications for staff safety.
What we will require from you:
- Strong computer skills and confidence with digital tools
- Ability to liaise with all levels of management, staff and clients/residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- A collaborative spirit and resilience in challenging situations
- Experience in rostering or scheduling (preferred but not essential)
- Background in health, aged care, disability, or homelessness sectors
- Understanding of aged care community services and frameworks
