About The Opportunity

An exciting part-time opportunity is available for a Executive Assistant to join the Brisbane team, supporting senior consultants and national projects.

This role provides high-level administrative, coordination, and marketing support across consulting engagements, business development initiatives, and internal operations. You will work closely with the Founder and Executive Principal Consultant, the Brisbane-based team, and interstate colleagues.

Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for workshops, executive programs, coaching engagements, and strategic planning sessions, including coordination of venues, travel, and materials
  • Manage executive diaries, meetings, interviews, and coaching schedules while preparing and maintaining client-facing documentation such as proposals, reports, and executive summaries
  • Prepare workshop materials, coaching journals, follow-up documentation, and support research, focus groups, and background analysis activities
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including events, collateral, CRM maintenance, and coordination of photography, videography, and content
  • Assist consultants with project administration, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and the onboarding and induction of new staff and associates

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative, executive support, or professional services role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with a distributed team
  • Strong technical capability including Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Canva, WordPress
  • Experience using CRM systems and scheduling or timekeeping platforms
