About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Office Administrator. This full-time in-office role is perfect for early-career professionals eager to develop their skills and progress within the company. As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client with various administrative tasks and office coordination.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting project coordination.
  • Maintaining and updating client records in the CRM system.
  • Engaging with clients to ensure smooth communication throughout projects.
  • Assisting with job set-up and following up on quotes to support our consultants.
  • Maintaining records in SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and organisation.
  • Organising team events and internal social activities.
  • Running errands and stock inventory to support daily office operations.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration or reception.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in supporting team dynamics and contributing to a positive office culture.
