Rostering / Services Coordinator - NDIS

About The Company

Our client is a female-founded NDIS Service Provider aiming to set a new standard of excellence in the industry. Due to rapid growth, they are now looking for a Services Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Kenmore Hills. 

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating client rosters
• Recruiting, training and exiting support workers
• Regular check-in calls with clients and support workers 
• Working cohesively within a close team, reporting and communicating openly

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in office-based customer service, rostering, NDIS or similar
• Experience managing communications with stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and making a positive impact 

You will also have/be willing to obtain:

• Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
• Current Blue Card and Yellow Card Exemption (or NDIS worker screening)
• Current Criminal History Screening 
• Current Australian Drivers’ License
