About The Company
Our client is a Bowls Club with a synthetic green and a hard top cover for all-weather playing. With a social membership of over 900, there is plenty of room to grow. Calliope has all the amenities, including a State High school, Primary School, kindergartens, great shops, doctors etc.
About The Opportunity
As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and performance of the bar, food services, and gaming. You will also oversee the sales, marketing, and service delivery of community and member functions. Weekend and evening work will be required.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the bar, food services, and gaming operations
- Overseeing sales, marketing, and service delivery for community and member functions
- Hands-on involvement in bar work, staff management, gaming, kitchen, and handling complaints
This role requires a hands-on and flexible approach, as well as the ability to collaborate with others in a busy team environment.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- QLD RMLV and RSG accreditation
- Experience in hospitality management
You will also have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and staff management abilities
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service
