About The Opportunity
As a Store Manager you are responsible for the overall efficient running of the Shop, ensuring as a minimum, the achievement of cost and sales budgets.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Optimize store performance by delivering strong sales results and managing staff rosters for both paid and volunteer staff.
- Lead by example, train and develop staff to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that delivers results.
- Deliver a high standard of personal, staff, store, and stock visual presentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong operations and administration ability
- Extensive knowledge of the Charitable Recycling Industry
- Confidence and strong leadership skills
