About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store while driving sales performance, team engagement, and exceptional customer service.
Reporting directly to the Regional Management team some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily store operations and overall store performance
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting paid staff and volunteers
- Managing rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
- Delivering strong customer service and community engagement
- Maintaining visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Monitoring sales performance and achieving budget targets
- Supporting stock management and operational administration
- Creating a positive and inclusive team culture
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Previous experience in retail management or store leadership
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Passion for supporting community-focused initiatives
- Experience within the charitable retail sector (highly regarded)
