Boasting a spacious venue of over 400 sqm, including a picturesque event space overlooking Parramatta River and the Little Coogee picnic area, they have garnered a loyal clientele from across the city.

About The Opportunity
They are now looking for an experienced and professional Head Chef to join their family in Paramatta and create simple, flavoursome and produce-driven food.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Head or Executive Chef
- Excellent communication and natural leadership skills
- An understanding of kitchen management including stock and cost control
- Sound knowledge of all ingredients and cooking techniques
