About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to service, repair, replace and install heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and solving faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Optional Mentoring and training of apprentices and technicians
- Working in a team to deliver high-quality service
- Managing tasks autonomously and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry (desirable)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
You will also have:
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Attention to detail and high standards of work
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
