About The Opportunity
As a Retail Assistant with our client, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Assisting in scheduling service jobs and accounts inputting
- Ensuring general merchandising and store presentation
- Diagnosing equipment issues and providing repairs
- Performing chemical analysis of pool water
- Managing stock ordering and control
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays with a day off during the week
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Capability to lift up to 25kg
You will also have a keen interest in pool maintenance and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
