About The Opportunity
As the Owner & Guest Experience Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively onboarding acquired properties and owners
- Managing and resolving guest and owner complaints
- Coordinating property rotations between various teams
- Liaising with trade partners for property repairs and maintenance
- Conducting regular property inspections and preparing detailed reports
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in hospitality, operations or event management
- The capacity to anticipate and address issues effectively
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities
- A driver's license and a vehicle
