About The Opportunity
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting and finance functions for construction projects and engagements with prime contractors for defence forces.
- Manage project-based financials and ensure compliance with group standards
- Collaborate with operations teams for budgeting and procurement approvals
- Supervise monthly financial reporting and institutional contracts
- Utilise Xero for accounting processes and forecasting
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of finance and some HR experience
- Strong leadership skills and a people-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Trustworthiness and reliability
- ERP, D365 F&O (Preferred)
