About The Opportunity

As the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing an annual operating plan aligned with the organisation's long-term strategy
• Providing timely updates and communications to the Group Director
• Fostering a culture of ethics, customer focus, and integrity
• Managing risks and opportunities within operations
• Leading a diverse team of high-quality employees

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 10+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in upper management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Similar
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Government contracting and military operational background
• Experience in defence and national security operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills

You will also have:

• Demonstrated project management experience, including budget and schedule monitoring and control responsibilities.
• Solid Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and other software tool skills.
• Ability to manage several projects and work on several tasks at any given time.
