About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and handle the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of real estate properties on behalf of the property owner.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating new tenant onboarding and lease agreements.
• Conducting comprehensive ingoing and outgoing property inspections.
• Handling lease renewal procedures and negotiations.
• Organising and conducting scheduled 'open for inspections.'
• Efficiently processing and evaluating rental applications.

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager
• Current Certificate of Registration and Drivers Licence
• Exceptional multitasking capabilities to efficiently handle diverse responsibilities.
• Confidence in their abilities and decision-making.
