About The Opportunity
As the Operations support your primary purpose is to support warehouse operations and administration
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Inventory intergritity which includes updating stock movements and dispatch statuses
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction
- Stepping into the warehouse if required to support the warehouse team
- Supporting our bookkeeper with payment tasks
- Assisting in processing customer orders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in warehouse operations and administration
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in using Inventory Management Software
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
