About The Opportunity
As the Project Estimator, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing drawings for approval
- Preparing quotes from enquiries and negotiating contracts
- Liaising with clients to interpret drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with administration on material orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Attending sites for meetings and inspections to ensure works meet required standards
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an estimator in the commercial windows and doors industry
- Ability to read and understand architectural building projects
- Familiarity with V6 software and Alspec products
- Ability to create and prepare shop drawings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
