About The Opportunity
As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will ideally live in Sydney or the Central Coast and have and have a full work-from-home set-up.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Process and manage sales orders and quotes
- Process payments and invoices
- Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound sales efforts as directed and focus on upselling and cross-selling
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of customer service experience dealing with clients via phone/email
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Experience with office management software (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
- Experience in manufacturing or related field (desirable)
You will also have:
- A positive and customer-centric attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
