About The Company

Our client is a well-established, mid-sized business that imports and distributes Organic Herbs and Spices. They import over 400 products and processes into 2500+ items and deal with 40+ suppliers around the world. With new ownership, they are in an exciting new phase of growth and looking for a motivated individual to join the team.

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the CEO, your main areas of responsibility will include actively engaging with both new and existing customers to establish and nurture strong relationships and focusing on upselling strategies to drive revenue growth. Our client values ambition and a goal-oriented mindset so they are looking for someone who is not just meeting but exceeding expectations, continually striving for growth and excellence in their role. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by the challenge of driving revenue while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. You will ideally live in Sydney or the Central Coast and have a full work-from-home set-up. 

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with small to medium size businesses 
  • The ability to persuasively present products and negotiate effectively
  • A high level of drive to reach and surpass sales targets
  • Consistent track record of achieving goals with demonstratable sales process/methodology
  • Experience in the food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, health & wellness or food distribution industry 

You will also have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level of motivation with a proactive approach to sales and relationship-building
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team, while also thriving in an autonomous role
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
