About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, you will be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring and innovative leadership in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals. Your main focus areas will include: People management, financial management, growing the reputation of the business, stakeholder management, contract management and meeting reporting requirements. 

Some of your responsibilities would include:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of all projects in Sydney
  • Support the development of specific proposals and budgets
  • Act as the central contact and project coordinator for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery of high quality, innovative services
  • Work with the team to create an employee and client experience that delivers exceptional value to the client 
  • Evaluate service delivery to ensure that client needs are being met in a safe and effective way
  • Coordination of daily operations across all SIL & SDA houses, Community Access support and Day Program

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years working in the Disability sector, either residential/respite services/SIL&SDA/Community
  • Experience supporting a range of people with a disability with an understanding of their complex needs
  • Relevant qualifications in management and disability, health or welfare
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • A NSW driver’s license, First Aid Certificate and Police Check (or be willing to apply for one)
  • Ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the service and the people we support

You will also have:

  • Strong attention to detail, diligent to process and policy and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to manage large and complex teams with SDA SIL Ecosystem 
  • Great client acquisition and retention, cross-sell and upsell skills
