About The Opportunity
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement the local business development and relationship management strategy
- Collaborate with senior management on expanding business and marketing initiatives
- Nurture leads, maintain customer engagement, and represent the company at networking events
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong connections and referrals
- Organize staff meetings, professional development activities, and supervision sessions
- Stay updated on operational trends, NDIS policy changes, and identify new business opportunities
- Lead sales efforts, meet KPIs, and execute marketing strategies to promote the business
- Conduct company audits for compliance and proactively engage with regulators
- Establish rapport with potential participants and arrange meetings
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Relationship Management or Support Coordination
- Passion, knowledge and experience in the NDIS industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Flexibility to travel around Sydney and be available for some interstate travel

- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
