Our client is a respected and leading distributor of Orchein shift control systems and an expert on Allison transmissions for almost 50 years. They have been servicing a range of industries including mining, defense, oil and gas also trucks, buses and coaches. They have moved to a brand new modern workshop and warehouse facility located in Epping, Victoria. Offering a dedicated training room, greater floorspace to service its customer base and overhead cranes spanning the full width and length of the building.
About The Opportunity
As the Accounts & Administration Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations and administrative functions.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Payroll and superannuation processing
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Processing monthly statements
- Office administration
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record in accounting and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Equip/Units, microsoft word/excel
- Strong attention to detail
