About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve profitable and sustainable growth of the Branch and to contribute to the overall development and performance of the company.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Branch to ensure efficiency
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Optimise inventory management to meet customer demand

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in the tile industry
• A strong understanding of products, trends and customer preferences
• Proven track record in a management role
• Experience in multi-site management (desirable)
• Full driver’s license and a willingness to travel as required 

You will also have:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
