About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management plans
• Administer contracts by approved Contract Management Plans
• Interpret and explain contract requirements, and terms and conditions to subcontractors to support compliance with statutory and policy requirements and inform decision-making,
• Establish and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, and maximise the value from the contract
• Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract
• Identify new project opportunities and leverage existing relationships

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar role
• Experience in Health and Education infrastructure sectors is highly desirable 
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Current Drivers Licence and White Card
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
