They specialise in mortgage broking services, helping individuals and businesses find suitable loans from a panel of lenders. Their goal is to assist clients in making informed decisions about their finances, particularly regarding property ownership and investment.
About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Business Owner, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Submit and process applications with appropriate lenders
- Monitor applications through settlement on behalf of clients with support from the team
- Establish, maintain, and grow high-quality referral sources to convert into mortgage sales
- Perform annual financial freedom review process with customers using the business system
- Act in the best interest of the client, business and business owner
- Proactively solve client’s complaints by adhering to the Complaints Handling Process
- Interpret and analyse relevant data to diagnose issues, trends, and emerging problems
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in loan writing with a focus on business development and achieving sales results
- Fantastic client service skills
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
- Strong computer, database and system management skills
You will also have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills
- An honest, trustworthy and respectful personality
- A positive attitude and ‘Can Do’ approach
