About The Opportunity

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the quoting, invoicing, and scheduling of new projects and jobs. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with warehouse staff
• Scheduling jobs and conducting follow-ups
• Providing quotations, tenders, and invoices
• Ensuring office organisation and filing systems are maintained
• Communicating with clients via email and in-person consultations

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 1 year of experience in a hands-on administrative role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and great work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

You may also have:

• Previous experience in the building industry (highly regarded)
• Basic understanding of building plans (highly regarded)
