About The Opportunity

As our OSHC Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment for children aged 5 - 12 years old.

 Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing guidance and support to co-workers with professionalism and open communication
• Leading engaging activities and ensuring equipment is set up and packed away efficiently
• Collaborating with the team to enhance the quality of the program
• Supervising children during AM, PM, and vacation care shifts
• Assisting with cleaning and food preparation tasks

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience as a supervisor in an OSHC environment or willingness to work towards a supervisor role
• OSHC , Diploma or Certifcate III qualification in Early Childhood education (or working towards)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of programs
• Prior experience working with children aged 5 - 12 years old
• A team player mindset with excellent leadership skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
