Whether their customers want a little more power to overtake on the highway, or to ensure victory on the race track, they have a solution for their needs and are looking for an experienced Sales & Service Advisor to join their dynamic team!About the Opportunity
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell high-end performance packages for cars such as Ferraris, Lamborghinis and McLarens
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall profitability of the business
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing updates on vehicle
- Manage all enquiries professionally and confidently - face-to-face, over the phone, via email and online
- Monitor and manage the workflow of the service department including ordering parts
- Complete administration duties including updating customer records and other ad-hoc duties as requested
About You
- Previous experience in a sales-based role
- Excellent administration skills
- Professional phone manner
- Experience in the automotive industry (desirable)
- A valid driver's licence

- Ability to work with strict deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A motivated individual with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
