About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage estate planning files, including drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships
• Advise on business succession for high net worth individuals and families
• Handle deceased estate files, including preparing probate and letters of administration applications
• Deal with estate disputes, representing either the Estate or the claimant
• Develop referral relationships and attend networking events

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in estate law (applicants with less experience are encouraged to apply)
• Experience in business law and property law (beneficial, but not essential)
• A thirst for knowledge and willingness to embrace technology
• The ability to manage time and prioritise work effectively
• Knowledge of LEAP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with project management tools, such as Kajabi and Monday (preferred, but not essential)
