About The Company
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing mobile rehabilitation company servicing the greater Sydney area. They work with a wide range of patients from neurological through to musculoskeletal. While primarily mobile, they also operate seven fixed clinics across Sydney under their sister brands. The business is in an exciting phase of expansion and is seeking a passionate Therapy Assistant who is ready to grow alongside the company and make a real difference in the local community.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support therapists in delivering high-quality mobile rehabilitation services to patients across the Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney. There are also opportutnies Sydney wide through the other parts of the business so our client is keen to talk to anyone with the right experience!
Reporting directly to the Principal Therapist, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with patient treatment plans as directed by physiotherapists and other allied health professionals
- Providing mobile services to clients in their homes or community settings
- Supporting patient progress through therapeutic activities and exercises
- Maintaining accurate documentation and client records
- Travelling to designated service areas (locations can be discussed based on your preference)
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar support role
- A Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (preferred but not required)
- Experience as a Personal Trainer and/or a personal training qualification (desirable)
- A strong passion for patient care and community engagement
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, compassionate attitude
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
