About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of documents, presentations and reports
  • Answering phone calls and responding to client enquiries
  • General administrative and data entry duties 

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 years experience as a Receptionist in an Accounting practice
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Suites and Xero
  • Experience using Handisoft software
  • Ability to work in a fast past environment
