About The Opportunity

As the Operations Coordinator, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing successful account management techniques and maintaining client relationships
• Answering calls, handling customer queries, and investigating freight issues
• Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer requirements are met
• Scheduling pick-ups & deliveries and liaising with customers and carriers
• Attention to detail in data entry, notations, and booking processes
• Other office duties as needed to support operations

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in customer service in a customer-facing role or on the phone
• Experience in local or interstate freight - High advantageous not essential
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and pay great attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Excel & Word
