About The Opportunity
As a Trainer & Assessor in General Management (Learning), your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, developing, and delivering teaching programs
- Supervising and monitoring students' progress and assessments while maintaining accurate records
- Undertaking administrative tasks related to teaching
- Collaborating with other trainers and RTO staff
- Performing other relevant duties as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Relevant qualification in General Management or a related field
- Must be available for Mon-Wed & Sat-Sun Weekend classes starting in October 2024.
- Demonstrated ability to customise, map, and validate assessment tools
- Strong understanding of RTO standards and compliance requirements
- Industry currency in teaching General Management
