About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining advanced knowledge of professional skills and accounting principles including adherence to TPB code of practice
• Prepare and review income tax returns and ensure all statutory requirements are met for your clients
• Coordinate taxation compliance, including year-end income tax, FBT reporting, and CGT
• Ensuring service excellence and adherence to maintain standards
• Implementing efficient operational systems within the team
• Identifying growth opportunities for clients

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field
• Experience with Xero and XPM is preferred
• Able to conduct peer review work, handle asset protection and small business tax
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workflow effectively
• A great sense of humour and the ability to work well within a team
• A genuine passion for changing lives through financial expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
