About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and managing mail
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Handling all-round office tasks efficiently
  • Managing filing systems and document organisation
  • Potential to expand into office management responsibilities

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
  • Experience in accounting or law firm settings preferred
  • Experience with Xero and XPM software preferred
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Initiative, willingness to learn, and a great sense of humour
  • Proficiency in Outlook calendar and document filing management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
