About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and managing mail
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling all-round office tasks efficiently
- Managing filing systems and document organisation
- Potential to expand into office management responsibilities
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
- Experience in accounting or law firm settings preferred
- Experience with Xero and XPM software preferred
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and a great sense of humour
- Proficiency in Outlook calendar and document filing management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
