About The Opportunity
As the Factory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production and timely delivery of high-quality Security door and Screen products. Your hands-on approach will ensure that the factory operates smoothly and efficiently. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Lead and motivate employees and meet and exceed production targets

Collaborate on administrative tasks with Production Coordinator and Office Manager

Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and enhance production methods for efficiency

Perform quality control checks before dispatch, coordinate with Purchasing for material supply

Maintain plant and equipment to reduce downtime, Manage work schedules for tradespersons and assistants
About You
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing management, with a passion for leading teams and driving operational excellence. You will possess:
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing
- Proven experience in staff management, motivation, and training
- Management qualification with a trade background, ideally in Aluminium fabrication
- Strong communication skills across all business levels
- Passionate about quality control and detail-oriented
- Skilled in planning and prioritising operations
