About The Opportunity

As a Licensed Conveyancer/Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide advice to clients on legal matters related to property transactions and ensure all legal requirements and obligations are met
  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
  • Ensure compliance with property law, regulations, and conveyance procedures
  • Effectively communicate complex legal terms to clients in an easily understandable manner
  • Manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail
  • Utilise case management software and MS Office applications
  • Deliver exceptional client service and maintain the highest ethical standards

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in New South Wales conveyancing transactions
  • Proven experience in conveyancing, with a solid track record of managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
  • Experience in Aged care (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
  • The ability to explain complex legal terms to clients in an easily understandable manner

You will also have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using case management software (TriConvey/Smokeball desirable)
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards
