As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and directing calls as necessary
  • Processing invoices and taking credit card payments
  • Maintaining general office operations and screening calls
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and potential customers

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and demeanour 
  • Experience working in a professional services firm
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suites and Adobe highly desirable
