About The Opportunity

This is a full-time office-based role. As an Administration Officer, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and sending client quotes
• Answering phones and handling client enquiries
• Processing client orders accurately and efficiently
• Raising purchase orders for materials from suppliers
• Managing general day-to-day office administration tasks

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Background in the Building, Construction, or Civil industry (desirable)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven experience in a similar Administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive and organized approach to work
