About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Victorian Client Services Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone and email communication with clients
  • Responding to website enquiries promptly
  • Preparing and issuing quotes for new clients
  • Explaining the conveyancing process to potential clients
  • Liaising with lawyers and conveyancers
  • Nurturing leads and building relationships with clients through call-backs
  • Diligent note-taking to ensure accurate documentation
  • Mail collection and other ad-hoc duties as required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an office-based role 
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Cert III in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour 
  • Organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively with strong attention to detail
