About The Opportunity
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating field service operations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Plan and schedule service work efficiently
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately
- Identify and propose solutions to optimise service delivery
- Provide support to the service team and senior management
- Liaise with service technicians, subcontractors, and sales team for job organisation
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills
You will also have:
- Knowledge in automotive equipment or servicing (desirable)
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
