About The Opportunity

As a Leading Hand in Production, you will oversee our Precast Concrete and Stainless-Steel Fabrication divisions. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Completing Quality Assurance (QA) paperwork and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) documentation
• Managing production outputs according to the Daily Production Schedule
• Maintaining stock levels and reporting for monthly stock orders
• Preparing products for despatch in line with company policies
• Ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks
• Leading a team of 6+ employees

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor
• White Card and Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain
• Background in Concrete or Stainless Steel Industries
• Strong leadership skills and safety awareness
