About The Opportunity

As an Assistant Workshop Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our workshop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing quality control and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Coordinating repair and service schedules to maximise productivity
• Assisting in the day-to-day management of workshop operations
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Supervising and mentoring a team

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Assistant Workshop Manager or an experienced Mechanic looking for their next step
• A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology & a manual drivers license
• A Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (desirable)
• Experience with diagnostic scan tools and automotive repairs
• A knack for leadership and a passion for mentoring others
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
